Guys, if you have a  PICK UP option for your tickets, do you just have to show up with an order confirmation email and an ID? Should that email be printed? Or can I show a screenshot?

I think screenshot may be okay but it's best to have paper copy of everything c: You never know. And yeah, confirmation email and ID!

I've read the email again and yeah, it does say it's better to print everything... Sigh. The struggle of not having a printer at home... 

 

 

Anyway... I ended up having 2 extra tickets for men's short and I think I have no other choice but to give them away for free, dm if interested

I also think you need a statement from the original buyer that authorizes you to pick up the ticket on their behalf. Probably better if it's signed, to make it look more official, together with the copy of their ID.

Oh, ok lol I thought you were worried about picking up on behalf of someone else. I think for you just ID and ideally a printed confirmation should be ok. You could check with your hotel, most hotels will print stuff for you, though some do have a small fee for that. Alternatively you should have printing places, too. (I'm sure they exist in Milan, too)

I'm pretty sure I read you have to have it printed out when I bought my ticket - but in any case better safe than sorry, right?

You could try to sell them in front of the Mediolanum forum to the people who did not purchase tickets and queue to buy them at the booth. It's better to get SOMETHING for them than nothing....

Hey guys, I have very good tickets for men sp and fs, plus gala (it was my birthday gift), and until the last minute I thought I could go, but I now have a final exam on the day of the sp, and the morning after the gala, so I could only go to the free if I wanted, and I can’t afford or ask my family for travel expense for just one event.

 

I don’t know if here is the right place, but if any of you are interested by platinum ticket, mp me !
