You can't, unless you are an Italian citizen or resident and have a very good reason, with paperwork to back it up: death in the family, disease, some other reason beyond your control for which you can't attend. At least that's what I got from reading on the insurance thing... Basically, for all of us outside Italy, it was wasted money.

I made the mistake to book that insurance for last Worlds in Helsinki just to realize I would never be eligible for it.

wow... I feel like I got scammed.  okay, I see everyone's selling their tickets at half price, I think I'd better attend then, even though I wouldn't be so interested in the event.

To be fair, the insurance terms are on the site, it's just that none of us I think took the time to read them. So, legally, the fault is entirely ours >_< But, yes, it sucks...

WhatsApp or private group here (? tho I don’t know how to start one) are both fine by me, but maybe whatsapp would be easier on ppl’s data? On the other hand, maybe ppl are more comfortable keeping everything on the forum. Tricky.
