2018 Worlds - Milano (Tickets)

Featured Replies

how do I begin.. my stupid ass uni decided to add an exam on the day me and my friend depart, and when we tried to change the flight time none was available and when we tried to change the day it was way too expensive.. so the conclusion? Milan trip is cancelled :war:

It doesn't hurt as much because (1) there was no Yuzu to begin with and (2) we got 70% of the refunds

But is it destiny that I wasn't able to see yuzu after all.. :sadPooh:

@MrPudding I'm so sorry for you:/

Such a bad timing!

I had a similar experience and Yuzu pulling out made the kuyashii for not being able to attend sp and gala bearable...tho I am lucky that at least I can still attend the fs...

A hug for you and your friend :grouphug:

Let's hope we'll have another chance:smiley-angelic001:

I've just got an e-mail from the customer service that a written letter with a signature is needed to pick up tickets on behalf of the order holder...

And a copy of the holder's ID. I guess the signature it's going to be the trickier part tho...

I understand that there are security reasons for all of this, but they are only making unncessary complicated to attend the events (this is not only about WC, other events with same ticket system too). They could have made everything easier for everyone if they had allowed to transfer the ticket tbw :curse:

Tho that's the promoter's fault (who would that be, IceLab? Or ISU? FISG?)

also,  if at the entrance they'll be strict on the ID for the e-tickets, I guess there could be some more empty seats... :slinkaway:

I am sorry  @MrPudding, it's really bad timing :sad4: I hope so too that you and your friend can go to a competition next time and see Yuzu together. :grouphug:

A copy of the holder's ID, too, and an ID of the person who picks up the tickets as well.

I just really hope a copy version of a handwritten letter is enough and they won't ask for the original  :slinkaway:

They really make this whole process complicated and I wouldn't be surprised if there will be lots of empty seats then

Any idea about when we would be able to pick up the tickets from the box office? they say it opens an hour before the event,  so does that mean it will open at 5 am on Monday?

Anyone knows their opening hours?

They should be open from at 5 AM then...

But probably it's better to ask, here's their mail address:  [email protected]

If anybody wants Silver gala ticket for free PM me.

Do you also have a pairs free ticket?

Unfortunately I have to leave on the 24th, so no gala for me :-(

Hello, before I launch myself in the answer google can provide for me, do any of you know how to try and get a refund ? I have an exam on the day I was supposed to leave and I can’t seem to be able to resell my tickets :13877886:

Thank you very much :tumblr_inline_ncmifaymmi1rpglid:

You can only try requesting a refund if you're an Italian citizen or resident, bought the insurance and can provide paperwork to justify why you can't attend ^_^; Sadly...
