February 10, 20224 yr I checked result right now after 2.7 for my stress level and important test. Yes I don't lie .a bit shocking but kind of expected results for every situation. it's matter of result however I feel this OC is too much for him. Covid, his adjustment, less competiton experience, non coach needless to say 4a and his ankle. His younger rivals seems to enjoy their competiton more from start like yuzu' 2014 2018. Cleary it was rare to see his smile during 3days.it hurts me most. Mad respect for medalists for each other resaon, so it's their time to enjoy medals and victory. So I don't think this is figureskating's end. Just one moment of history. I feel one great era' end and start. That is how sports evlove. I hope he'll find his Best Next stop no matter what. To follow his heart. Last, very proud of him and his fans all over the world.

The score manipulation goes both way, heavily underscore Yuzu and massively overscore NC. If we take a look at the rescore of this Olys you see what I mean. doesn't matter if he skates clean, and I say this with 100% certainty, a squeaky clean Yuzu against an all-jumps-landed-no-matter-how-iffy NC (empty program aside), NC will always win unless he falls on his ass. It is just the reality of current politicking, no amount of BV setup can help Yuzu win really. If everything was scored fairly, Yuzu would have won gold. You see here even when he fell twice, already capping his score (PCS) greatly, they still manage to underscore him, while giving NC a massive 40-point score boost. That's a 22.9% boost, in a sport where even 0.01 point matters. This kind of certain boost also lift off most of the pressure from the benefitting skater so they would obviously be even more consistent, continuing the cycle. I don't mean to be pessimistic, simply realistic. Managing expectation is key to maintaining a healthy mental state going into these kinds of corrupted comps imo. I really love this re-scoring, and not as a Yuzu fan and seeing the place he should have got, but as a fan of the sport. It would be great if this could get more attention, like from official media, and bring more attention to the situation itself. But sadly most would probably be like: "this person must be a crazy fanyu, thats not worth talking about". 44 minutes ago, Yuzupu said: Um... this is worrying. Please there's still covid going around. This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS]. I know, covid and all, but it has these "the king is in the house" vibe I really love to see.

February 10, 20224 yr From the interview, it sounds like he'll attend if asked. (As some here suspect. Or is that a hint to not invite him?) Anyway, I keep hearing Requiem of Heaven and Earth in my head. 11 minutes ago, amylance1215 said: His right ankle.... is receiving a lot of treatment... God please do hang in there. February 10, 20224 yr I know zhou is quite popular in China and maybe they consider there are too many asians I guess. And maybe give him chance with his unfortune covid test.
February 10, 20224 yr How can he attend the gala if his ankle is seriously injured? I wish he wouldnt): (or he could just skate around and not do any jumps, maybe that'd be feasible)
