February 8, 20224 yr The media will shred him to pieces now. I doubt he can bounce back for FS too. Mentally, impossible
February 8, 20224 yr I was really excited to see him perform but I just couldn't focus anymore, I'm so down

February 8, 20224 yr Simon and Chris also encouraging Yuzu to go for 4A because he's got nothing to lose
February 8, 20224 yr I think Yuzu felt the pressure when he up against NC.so far he never had a clean skate for both program when he is facing him in the competition
February 8, 20224 yr Honestly in a sense, selfishly, I feel a bit relieved that I don't have to care about scoring discourse now. I hope he lands his 4A and go home having accomplished something no one thought was possible and once again make history. Then no one would even remember or talk about who medal at this Olys but Yuzuru Hanyu, the first skater to ever land a ratified 4A.

February 8, 20224 yr I know Matteo is objectively a good skater, but for me he's always like that guy who you say, oh yeah, he also skated...

Mentally, impossible It SHOULD be mentally impossible, but I think he's different, he can do it. He usually doesn't have 2 bad skates in the same competition. I do expect extra aggressive 4A practice tomorrow though....
