I finally saw all the news clips and daaaaaamn... his jumps are smooth as hell (Uncle Kurt would be be all over that... haha... I can imagine him crying ala NHK 2015). Another thought bubble: This decision is also easily a throwdown to evil judges (copyright Nomura Mansai - why do I get the feeling that they've been in touch for a while... hmmmm). "Perfect" (LOL StSq level 3) Chopin & Seimei have been judged with 110 and 220 pts respectively. That means a perfect (get those level 4s zuzu!) Chopin 3.0 and Seimei 2.0 should NOT get anything lower than 110 and 220. Also, thinking about the people who only watch FS every 4 years... Chopin and Seimei are actually the best gateway Yuzu programs - much like Pari-san was.

When you think about it, it's a pretty ballsy move. His total score record with "just" the 4S and 4T hasn't been beaten by the appearance of a 4Lz or 4F or a 5-7 quad program. He's essentially saying 'forget everyone else.. Imma beat the me of the past.' It also means that he's in a mentally good space because that world record became such a burden for him and now he's ready to face it head on. Kudos for the extraness of creating your own warhorse as well Lord Trollzuru.

The thing is... unlike H&L, Seimei was UNIVERSALLY loved. Even by non-yuzu fans. It's a powerful program that is easy to get. It draws you into the performance.

Finally caught up! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much... and I was right! hahaha (I also started checking with the news post @robin does so I didn't have to wade through posts of salts. Thank you!). I see that Trollzuru Hanyu is alive and well. Glad he's in top condition and healthy (that's more than I could ever ask for especially from him).

Hahaha.. I've reached a point where I'll go with whatever music choice he has. Whether it's new, 2.0, or 3.0 because I know he'll make it work. As we have seen from countless other skaters, the Olympics is not the time to experiment. We've already had him experiment in 2 seasons - Seimei and Hope & Legacy - with varying degrees of acceptance from the audience, fans, commentators, and judges. Honestly, when he said how much he was attuned to his fan's emotions I've decided to send more positive vibes for him out in the universe. I may not like or agree with some of his decisions, choices, or performances but I will always have faith in his strategy and give him my support. I'm kinda not liking the new look of the site... The Seimei theme I use looks odd now. Will patiently wait for admin to fix things...
