  1. Aaaaah... why the heck are they showing that medal?
  2. I'm trying to look at it more closely but it seems they also recycled the ribbons from Torino medals?
  3. Hmmmmm.... I like it better than Sochi's. Although, I can't say for certain because the lighting in the picture is horrendous. Why are they focusing on the model instead of the medal?
  4. Hmmmm... my thoughts on the differing reactions of Chopin 3.0 vs Seimei 2.0. I think we're seeing a lot more criticism about Seimei than Chopin from non-yuzu fans because it's a big threat. And I understand why. Seimei, frankly, is a powerful and intimidating program. It's already a big threat when it's skated clean with it's old layout, what more with an upgraded one? It's a program that draws you in. It's a program that during the '15-'16 season, when he skated clean back to back, even some non-yuzu fans were suddenly all "OMG Slaymei!!!". Chopin, in contrast, while also iconic can be beaten by virtue of the nature of SPs. Although interestingly enough, Chopin still holds the record for the SP score.
  5. That 3A......
  6. Can someone kindly translate?
  7. IKR? I was having weird deja vu reading those.
  8. I'm actually fine with: Criticism of his strategy - whether it's repeating programs or his current known layout (honestly, we won't know until competition what will happen - if it works or not. But I do have faith in him and his team.) People being disappointed with his decisions (you can't dictate how people will react/feel about something) What I don't like: Saying that Yuzu doesn't deserve to win OGM because he's using repeated/recycled/old programs.
  9. It's a different situation this time because unlike other skaters or his past seasons, he starts with a complete program. One that doesn't need to "grow" throughout the season for people to understand/appreciate it. So peaking might not actually be an issue. Brian also said before that it actually takes little time for Yuzu to peak. I think his strategy is to show consistency from the beginning of the season to bring the momentum to the Olympics. I do believe his 4Lz is actually stable enough to add but he might not be planning to add it yet unless necessary. The first agenda is consistency and being clean. Something that worked well for Medvedeva even if she doesn't necessarily have the highest BV.
  10. I need hydration because I'm basking in the saltiness of zuzu haters using the guise of "recycled" and "old" programs/LOL/. To them I say: Also.. [source]
  11. All I could think of is it's outdoors therefore not Yuzu /LOL/
  12. He's sponsored by Reebok now. Gotta get rid of non-reebok stuff. hahaha
  13. Showing off that reebok sponsorship at the same time!
  14. His 3A-3T-3Lo during GPF'16 gala practice. Maaaaan... Uncle Max is right. Gala practices are the best way to try to analyse what he's planning. He did other crazy combos there as well...
  15. Links to the 2 Omnyoji movies with English subtitles: Omnyoji 1 Omnyoji 2 Note: The final fight scene in the first movie was the inspiration for the step/choreo sequence. You can see it especially in that backwards crossroll (that got taken out /sob/)
  16. Trollzuru: Hello everyone. Here's my strategy and layout. Now, try and beat me.
  17. Forever mourning for this step sequence. (I love you forever for this choreography Shae-lynn)
  18. Yuzu & Brian should co-write about their strategies going to Pyeongchang. It would be such an interesting read!
  19. Spanish Eurosport coverage of NHK 2015. No subtitles but 1080p HD!
  20. Polish Eurosport commentary of 2015 NHK is so funny. One is trying to keep neutral and the other one won't have it. Now all we need is for the camera NOT to pan out when he's doing it. /so salty/

  22. I hope he keeps that 'dispelling' ending pose and that the camera actually captures it.
