    In times like this they need Tracy. I think Yuzu is more inclined to listen to her for some reason. Whatever he plans to do, as long as he's thinking about his health and safety, I will support him. To be honest, you know if he doesn't jump the 5 quad layout he announced JPN media will be after him... /sigh/

    Came in to both happy (medals revealed and Yuzu spotted with pooh luggage tag and new haircut) and bad news. Did he stop practice or had limited practice? There's 2 different translations posted.. Original article: Guys, try not to worry to much and trust in Yuzu and the TCC team. After everything they've been through in the past, they definitely know now how to handle injuries and whatnots. I know the first instinct is to be worried/panicked but I must say I'm actually pretty calm right now. Let's have faith that Yuzu and Brian know what they're doing. By the way, I like the medals (but they kinda look like decorative coasters).

    They're very smart and have already started the PR for Nathan's artistry. I have no doubt looking at his Ex numbers and junior programs that he is capable of it. However, with the amount of quads he's putting in there is no way for him to showcase that. This is where all the balletic or 'return to ballet' narrative they've been publishing comes in. Even his FS is about a ballet dancer. All in all, I gotta give them props though for having a smart and effective PR campaign that supports their skater... Meanwhile, Japanese media is just.... ugh....

    They would have to though right? The criteria is National Champion gets a spot and second spot depends on their performances in the GP series /finale (but you might as well include the challenger series here because it's going to be a close fight).

    So... It's just challenger series but with only 2 spots you can bet JSF is watching. Right now, Marin just won US in't classic and Wakababy got PBs at Lombardia. Both skated clean. The pressure is on! It's Mai's turn next week at ACI. Good luck Mai!

    Just a silly thought... recently Yuzu's been really chummy with Team Canada. There's the incident at worlds where we thought Tracy was pointing out his mom in the crowd but it was apparently Team Canada. We've also seen Yuzu have a conversation with Tessa & Scott... and most importantly, interactions with Chiddy! (insert Hilary Duff's Lizzie Maguire song "Hey now Hey now This is what dreams are made off LOL)... so can Canadian Fed not be harsh on his PCS at ACI. I guarantee they'll miss him when he's not competing in Canada (the financial gains alone LOL)

    It was on Stars on Ice 2014 and he commented on Vertigo (his 2012 performance). I think he said something like he really didn't want to see it. hahaha (me too actually... too much second hand embarrassment...)

    I don't trust whatever strategy Yuzu is spewing out right now though. I'm still shaking my fist at that FS layout with just one 3A /LOL/
