...speaking of jumping 4A I wonder if Yuzu would really try it during practice sessions in comps, I have a feeling just my personal feeling, not based on his thoughts during presscon or something similar... that he'd jump it straight in the program during the competition itself, so that everyone is taken by surprise from it (especially when it is landed well, hence getting a positive GOE and ratified)... ...just my feeling ofc, because I feel like it'd be very disappointing for him if he nailed it during the practice session but not during the comp itself 😫😫🙈

The way I see it, Nobu's latest press conference (and his latest blog post) lent a considerable level of credibility to the things said in those tabloid articles — it really showed that the things mentioned in the tabloids were consistent with what Nobu himself said. I wish Nobu and his legal team the best with the lawsuit proceeding, may it goes well. As for Hamada, what an irresponsible way to go about it 😑. I'd appreciate it if she at least acknowledge her mistakes to Nobu and try to not bully future training staffs the way she (mis)treated Nobu.

I've yet to be that fluent in Japanese but in the first minutes after that time stamp he seemed to just comment on the game itself (ie. on the current fight he had), and then it seemed like he talked a bit about women(??) but that's all I was able to understand 😅😅🙈

About Gracie, I don't know the extent of Nike's involvement with her coaching situation at that time (around 2014/15 Olys season), but I do know that her coach at that time, Frank Carroll, actually has anti-Midas touch (ie. any skater he coaches gets worse, esp. technically speaking), and it wasn't just Gracie that got worse with Frank — there were also Michael Christian Martinez from the Philippines and Denis Ten (). If Gracie wasn't subjected to that weigh in routine with the Nike team, she definitely was subjected to it under Frank's coaching. Anyhow it goes to show that the weigh in routine is widespread among skating coaches, especially those who are old school. We often talk about Eteri's team when we talk about weigh in routine in regards to lady skaters, but Eteri's team is definitely not the only one doing it, there are also Frank Carroll, and (perhaps) Raf too (I mean remember that he openly mocked skaters he deemed to be overweight, especially the ladies )

Hiya folks apologies for taking the topic a few pages back but apparently a representative(?) from ISU forced Jordan (On Ice Perspective) to take down the gala practice videos he posted on instagram I just hope he can still post his videos (the full version of all the EX he recorded, not just Yuzu's) someplace else, seriously at this point ISU is really a bunch of dinosaurs...

Speaking of Yuzu ice show world tour, I imagine his TCC rink mates (past and present) might join him as well (I imagine Jason, Junhwan, Javi, even Nam too? And that's just the men skaters, he definitely would invite some ladies and possibly a pairs team too!). Anyway, it might also possibly be TCC skaters' world tour or something 😆
