    It's good to know that he's enjoying competitions more than he did earlier in the season. I hope he will do well at Worlds, too. I was wondering about the 4S at 4CC because he said he'd include four quads but here he explained that he decided to take out the jump just five minutes before the skate because he fell on it during the warm-up.

    24 skaters qualify for the free skate, that's four groups. One group is around one hour long including the six-minute warm-up. So with zambone time together the free skate will take a bit more than 4 hours. It starts at 17.30 local time and will be finished before 22:00

    I also feel bad for Liza, it might have been the last chance for her to go to Worlds and she'd have also deserved to go. Maybe RusFed knows something that was not made public, I don't know. At least they made the decision and didn't wait until March. It's better for the competitors. Konstantinova's best total score internationally is 6 points lower than Medvedeva's. Both medaled twice (1 bronze and 1 silver), Stasya bombed her free skate at Europeans and at the Cup Final, too so no, except Nationals I don't think her results are better this season.
