Please can we make this forum private? I don't know how to do this, but could look into this if the Moderators agree. I thought Planet Hanyu was private (as was the Yuzuru Hanyu Forum) and am kind of uncomfortable that this site is completely open.

It's not completely open, there are some sections that are accessible only if you are part of certain groups :pbow:

I think we can definitely make certain threads only accessible to group members.

But the general chat and other news threads would be better if it is open to the public.

That particular forum is now closed to the public for now :P

^ I suggest posting the notice about the now-inaccessible-unless-you're-logged-in threads in Announcements. The switch to member-only mode happened while I was reading the Previous Home thread while not logged in. Took me a while to figure out why I couldn't read any further. :wtf:

Thank you for making some areas private! I knew that the place was already closed, but was a surprised that the "former home" thread was public. Agree that the Yuzuru information, competition, etc threads should be open.

Not a suggestion but a technical issue on the table feature (not sure if this is the right place but I don't want to open a new thread just for this)

Can one of the admins/mods please take a look at the table I created in the this test thread, not sure why there is a huge space gap at the top. I followed the coding provided in the reply template and is not able to get rid of the spacing issue.

Space bar can be pain when you create simple table with TD TR,it will stretch gap somewhere in the table. Maybe you can try this simple solution from me

Not absolutely necessary, but is it possible to have quotes linked to the post so that one can go directly from the quote to the ori post? Might make getting context easier without shafting thru pages on the faster-moving threads

Can we have special thread for fan made videos? We have fan art but we don't have one for videos.

Is it me or are the emojis in a different place now in the reply field (on top instead of on the right)? If it was a recent change, might I suggest it go back to the way it was before? Having so many emojis between the bbcode tags and the text field isn't the most tidy of arrangements.

Thank you very much Gingers! I see now that creating an extra line within each table cell have contributed to the spacing issue, I'll follow the format you have suggested :goe:
