I must say, I really love the EX from Anna and Luca- so charming and sweet. And I don't know why Vanessa and Morgan didn't get invited to more Galas, their EX is nice.

There were lots of nice programs, my highlights were: Savcheno/Massot (lots of amazing elements and great linking between them), Deniss (holy crap, he can move! he's going to be the next Misha, invited to every gala), Satoko (very smooth), Misha (tbh more dancing than skating but this time I had a good view, people on the sides probably didn't like it much) Marchei/Hotarek (I looove that song and they had some cool elements toi)

I second of saltiness. During the Gala, Russian commentator who works with TAT (Grishin) called Nathan "the upcoming world best skater " and "the new king of the figure skating". And to kill me completely, TAT said that she likes Nathan's free this season and doesn't think this is a compilation of jumps. I know, we shouldn't care about media and all those stupid titles, but

 Happens all the time, don't pay it any attention. Zu will remind them in the coming season. I mean for the Olys, everyone just discarded him, apart from Max and Angelo, and what happened? He quickly disabused them of the notion he's a has been. Heck, BESP has been calling him a has been for two seasons now. Let them. I grin and think of them bringing him good luck!

The lights were horrible - I was sitting in row four and got regularly blinded. 

But I rather enjoyed the craziness with the gigantic prawns and jellyfish  confetti. The skaters looked as if they were enjoying having to toe tip around the arena. It made those gliding gods and goddesses so clumsy for once... a whole crowd of them crawling across the ice.
