I don’t think so. It doesn’t sound like her. 

I remember we had a conversation about Canadian accent once. The lady here Canadian accent is extremely prominent. 

Poor old ted getting picked up on his terminology - too much commentating on juniors - 'girls' rather than 'ladies' 🙃

The lady you hear here is Debbi Wilkes, a long time tv commentator for skating all the way back to the 80s, although she doesn't do it  on tv anymore. She was the commentator at ACI back in September when Yuzu was skating. She was a pairs skater competing for Canada and won an Olympic silver medal back in the 60s. She's sometimes annoying, sometimes ok.. and yes, her accent is very "country."

It is. To be honest, I always get dizzy when I watch skaters who jump and spin clockwise  

Okay she win by skating to one of my fave song.
