As for the PCS, the French got higher scores at their home competition than the Canadian. They also got higher PCS on their 2nd GP event than Tessa and Scott.

The judges prefer them this season for whatever reason.

If they French will be mistake-free, they will get at least one new WR, probably two. I predicted that most new WRs will be in ID.

Me too (which means all of you who did the same should be worried because, when I jinx, I jinx hard )

btw I predicted V/M for gold, so let's see which jinx will win

Before the competition I thought that maybe Sui/Han could get a new WR again, now there's no chance for it.In this season so far, we've seen the most WRs are in ice dance, both in SD and FD.

As much as I love V/M, I doubt very much they will get a new FD world record not only at GPF but probably in the whole season. P/C's best FD score is 120.58, nearly three points higher than V/Ms, which is a relatively big margin...Tessa and Scott's SD is better imo, but judges favor P/C's FD so far.

Unless Papadakis and Cizeron make a major mistake and V/M go clean, they will win the GPF. I predicted their victory...but I'd be very happy if my choice was wrong and you would get all the points - and Tessa and Scott the gold medal! :tumblr_inline_nhkezsTB3v1qid2nw:

Ah ah for me it's quite the opposite :rofl: I'd like to see P/C win but if they lose at least I can score better

Mm both teams have made some mistake in FS this season (in Finlandia Guillaume fell...now I'm a bit traumatized :laughing: ) so everything is possible. A total disaster is unlikely in ID, but mistakes are very costly, so... :slinkaway:

I said at the beginning of the season that Tessa and Scott won't win this year..even before seeing the programs..... it looks like my prediction will probably come true. I thought they would have the sd advantage and now they don't even have that... it should be closer, but that's judging for you, esp during Olympic season. Only in pairs does it make sense... sometimes. Well, we will see what the long brings...

That won't happen :animated-smileys-hands-fingers-01: I can see P/C winning the free and overall even with a tiny mistake. If they go clean, they could get two new WRs as well. We'll see later!
