I just noticed the audience have a strange way of clapping with those folded fans. Is it a Finnish thing?

I've also seen the folded fans for clapping at Table Tennis competitions in Germany...

Oh wow, this must be the cleanest program so far since I tuned in.

What a nice skate it was!

A little step out from the 4T but he landed it. I loved the axel and the combo, too.

He seems to have enjoyed this performance. It's an unusual cover of Wonderwall, but it's nice!

Well done, Paul!

The scoring in this event is actually fair and reasonable so far.  Hopefully its carry onto GPs series.

Adam has the highest pcs, seem ok to me. Didn't know he went back to last year's program. I still dont like this SP, too much posing and empty IMO. But he's stayed on his feet, even though his jumps really off.

Boyang's SP is better than he skated in test event, the 1st half is a bit empty,  and alot of recycle move from Spiderman, but overall its an ok program. He looks really cautious, quite understandable. I'm looking forward to see how he improve this program.

Vincent's SP is not a cup of my tea, may be I don't like cheesy pop/rock song in general. His jumps are a bit off today, UR in both his quads, his score is fair.

Mika's SP is very nice in 1st half, until they decide to throw tango into it  Its great to see he land all his jumps tho.

I spot a yeallow dress - La la land?

Yep, from Tina LEUENBERGER.

Here for the ladies. I think I'll focus on Finlandia first before shifting to the Gdansk ladies. I feel a bit harried juggling between two streams.
