Maybe that's not the real reason. Maybe Yuzu is just too extra and he kept sending back the costumes for more changes.

    I think maybe he got annoyed that the new ones weren't ready and got a glue gun and a whole bunch of sparklies and went to town. I hope it relaxed him.

    From what I read at GS, the new costumes isn't ready but they didn't specify on why.  His old costumes feel tight cus he grew in muscles and in height. 

    :shrug:

    In conclusion: not the same old SEIMEI costume but not new enough to satisfy us :rofl:
