I think I might ask my Japanese teacher if she could try something for me... since she's in Japan now...

I think they save most of the tickets for Japanese lottery, I look over thru the Internet n no one got it.

I saw someone got it...They are probably experienced people...

NHK Lottery and GPF and Milan. Let's not give up! JTB can help if you can't get Japaese friends to enter for you. I'm going to try to find a way to get resale tickets without a Japanese credit card. I will report back with my findings!
