August 10, 20224 yr This is so fascinating and educational! I just had my training session with my Canadian sports trainer, and she was interested in learning about Yuzu’s warm up routine. I sent her the link to the livestream. We may start incorporating some of these into my routine. (I am over sixty yo but in better shape than in my twenties. In training for dressage (equestrian event) and serious about showing.)
