She was doped and caught... in theory it should not matter who/how old she is, how good she is, or where she's from. Reality is so very different at the Olympic Games. I worry that no investigation into her coaching group will happen (hello, a doctor who is a known doper is involved?). Eteri will spin as much as any of her athletes ever did on the ice. Russia gets away with everything. Not using your flag or hearing your anthem is no big deal if you have a gold medal in your hand vs. Sitting at home. And despite those things, infractions continue to occur... and if a 15 year old, in a sport where you wouldn't traditionally think about doping, is doped then how many more are using in sports where doping really makes a difference... I hope she's banned. And only because rules are rules and strong messages have to be sent. Kamila could/would have won here, and her team is fully to blame.
