Valieva and Zagitova have always looked unhappy and harried, scurrying through DG’s frantic choreo. Lipnitskaya looked angry and miserable, Medvedyeva (once her peak years were over) resentful and miserable, Scherbakhova blank faced and miserable with the odd tearful episode. The only ones with the sort of steely resolve it must take to survive that regime seem to be Trusova and Kostornaia, who both temporarily broke away, but who knows what is going on inside? In 2014, Tutberidze commented that she was glad Yulia Lipnitskaya could sustain herself only on “powdered nutrients.” Lipnitskaya has talked openly about her long struggle with anorexia. Daniil Gleikhengauz, Tutberidze’s main choreographer, spoke of how Anna Shcherbakova only ate two shrimps for dinner and said she was full, and he was glad that she was not obsessed with food like many other girls. Alina Zagitova stated that during the Olympic season they were not even allowed to drink water, that “we just rinsed our mouths and spit it all out.” A 2018 Russian Times documentary on Alina Zagitova and Evgenia Medvedeva showed them during their daily weigh-in. Both girls are joking around while stepping on the scale, with Medvedeva saying “Don’t film the weight!” She explains that “In our sport every 200–300g matter,” because “We mustn’t ruin our aerodynamics.” ( from https://medium.com/@maddnik/eteri-tutberidze-and-the-future-of-figure-skating-ede4aea1cf76) Hell, I’d be miserable too. Just waiting for a tell all book from one of those girls.

February 9, 20224 yr I will not watch definetely, but generally I don't watch (exept when I'm there physically) 'cause I'm too nervous. I watch immediately after the commentary. that's my fault, perhaps I'm a bad fanyu. And I can't denay that I wait for some miracle to happen, and "someone" not to go clean. Yes, Yuzu wouldn't be happy about this feeling, but considering all the robberies I don't feel guilty (and it's nothing to do with the other skaters). I'm not fair but I only want Yuzu to be happy and happier

I do admit to enjoying both Trusova and Shcherbakova's skating, although there is definitely room for improvement I’m not talking about whether they physically cope - K seems to have broken down faster than others, I’m talking about demeanour and therefore what presumably they feel about the situation. S, unless she’s ‘on’ for the judges or cameras looks blank and faintly unhappy. T&K didn’t seem that way.

Thinks of Yuzu as a fragile bird, expensive car, etc. Yuzu was skating his emotional gala in 2016 and he was ranting on his custome. Hamilton is a severe team Nathan and has extreme national bias. Boitano also team Nathan and said Yuzu won't land 4A but someone else will.
