Maybe it will be in the Japanese thread?

If our fellow Japanese satellites are still awake that is. It's already almost 4am their time.

Or maybe they will wake up just in time for the news.

The wording of that --"new layout" as opposed to "new program"--sounds very suspicious.  

 

Then again, maybe they're just trying to confuse us.
