They are still managing the current orders, but don't take new ones. Nooooooo - I’ve bought several lovely things from them I used sou japan via ebay or their site, where the item was cheaper at the moment. Hope they're ok, though Japan Post has very limited shipping now, that's why I used FedEx for cdjapan for the first time. Omgosh I was totally thinking about them! COVID really sucked for them because Japan stopped sending packages overseas, especially to the US, for a long long time...and that was the nail in the coffin. I really loved Ichiroya -- they were super knowledgeable experts in vintage/antique Japanese textiles, clothing, and art... and very honest, hardworking, respectful people. I think other places have cheaper items but Ichiroya's is always the most well-described. It's definitely a huge loss @yuzuangel @Sombreuil & @Lunna Sorry, I went to the site and read the closure notice, in fact the only orders they don't take anymore are Kimonotte (new, synthetic) made-to-order items. All other items are available (and mostly on sale) until the end of July. In saying this I am afraid of advertising for a private company, but at the same time I had written wrong information and I thought I had to rectify it. By the way, I had sent them a link to page 5784 of General Yuzuru Chat and their reply was very kind. Link to comment
Geo1
The ISU Skating Awards are scheduled for July 11. "Japanese figure skating star Yuzuru Hanyu received two nominations for the inaugural International Skating Union (ISU) Skating Awards. "The two-time Olympic champion earned a nomination in the most valuable skater category, which aims to reward athletes who increase the popularity of figure skating with their fan base and media attention. "He was nominated alongside American rival Nathan Chen and French ice dance pair Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron. "Hanyu's second nod came in the best costume category, with American free dancers Madison Chock and Evan Bates, plus Russia's Anna Shcherbakova." https://www.insidethegames.biz/articles/1095737/isu-skating-awards-nominations Given these criteria, if Yuzu does not win the most valuable skater category, there is something very odorous going on in the offices of the ISU. I will be surprised if he does win. But I don’t really care. The awards suck. Link to comment
yuzuangel
If he doesn't win MVS, the last thing I'd want to see is a conciliatory best costume award...after ISU commentators took jabs at his costumes for years Link to comment
Paskud
There is something worse than costume award - lifetime achievement and "yeah, you did great, now go away". -___- Link to comment

That's the one he did in the same venue, but 5months later, at GPF2013, during the finale of the gala. That's the jump he did in World Figure Skating Championship 2014 Osaka Exhibition. Unfortunately, the 4T+3A+3A+3A+1A in FaOI wasn't filmed. But you can find fans' reports on twitter if you search by ”4T-3A-3A-3A-1A. ” It was exciting and scary at the same time to know his 4T+3A+ series evolved in a week because he was severely injured in March and didn't look fully recovered at the beginning of June... ETA (7/2/2020): I'm sorry. I realized that I overlooked the other video (the one from youtube) and also shared the wrong info about his jump in GPF2013 Gala. The jump sequence he did there was 4T+3A+3A, the same as the one he did in DOI2013. Link to comment
