I absolutely love that anime and soundtrack. It has a lot of softer instrumentals that Yuzuru could easily do a number of things with and you know he'd do it all 110%. I don't think that 12 song is this one though....but it's familiar. Gotta edit. I pulled my ost out real fast. I'm an idiot 🤦. It's late.
