Don't listen too much to Candeloro, he skated when figure skating was super popular in western countries, and he was a superstar in France then - now nobody in France watches skating anymore, Candeloro is a bit seen as a has-been, and I think he just misses those times. I haven't seen anything related to WD announcement, but 15th is the day the site of Continues～with Wings～ will be updated. CWW is rumored to be TOI-like ice show.
