I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and retained a good amount but our Spanish program was terrible so that's not saying much. Been trying on and off with different programs to improve it but I keep losing motivation so I'm essentially just relearning the same thing over and over. I think Yuzu has turned us all into old Victorian ladies

I've always loved the expression on his face as he has his back turned to the crowd. I love this song! I didn't listen to it with the subs on the first time but I love it even more now. The video is a punch to the heart and Yoongi looks so beautiful. Mang used to be one of my least favorite but no mask Mang is so darn cute! Now he and RJ are competing for my favorite. Gah! that means I'll have to change my nail designs. Me neither. This was so cute! They're both so stiff and awkward when they're not on stage. They remind me of children that aren't yet interested in the opposite gender. IKR?! Twitter is saying Billboard is changing the rules again. It's not official yet but they're saying that only 1 sale per e-mail will count. This change seems easy to get around with all the free e-mail services ETA: Now I'm reading that they're tracking IP addresses so multiple e-mails won't help. But it's still speculation. People are saying to wait until results are out ETA 2: Here's a Drake fan explaining how to do better on the charts. Which is nice of him, but also proves that all major artists have fans that do this stuff

I doubt we'll get anywhere close to what Jimin achieved, but we should be able to make IU the highest charting female soloist on the Hot 100. Currently it's Youjeen, when Wildflower hit #83. I believe the highest charting kpop female soloist that isn't on a BTS track, is Lisa at #90

I concur. Just based on the activity. I think Joon originally planned to go with Hobi but got inspired to do something else and the Bottega deal came up. But it looks like Jimin will be next, unless Hybe wants him to ride the popularity wave a little longer. JK said his album is going to come after Yoongi so maybe JK and Yoongi will go together since Yoongi will need time to finish his tour and JK still has to work on his album. Maybe Tae and Joon will go together. We have no real timeline for Tae but I'd hate for any of them to go by himself. Mang is so CUTE! I must have one. I have no idea what animal he's supposed to be though. Is it possible he's a purple squirrel even though there's no squirrel tail? It's the impish smile at the end that gets me. He's such a minx. I love when ARMY does things like this. I know the billboards and such are impressive, but planting trees and donating in their name is so much more meaningful. I'm excited but also a little sad that it's coming up so soon after Jimin's release. On Twitter, they're saying their buying funds are really low and people were hoping to prevent Jimin's free fall from the Hot 100. I hope people put the same effort into Yoongi's release.

I'll have to scour Twitter to see what they're doing. So far, the only things I've seen is the usual "stream & buy". If we can achieve this for Jimin, you would think that it should be no problem when it's a full BTS song.

It started out as just some posts on the "What music are you listening to right now" thread but we ended up chatting so much about BTS that I asked the moderators to move the posts to a new thread so that we don't hijack that thread. There's only 6 of us that are consistently active. A couple have dropped in to say hi. No idea how many lurk. But since we've been on the Planet together for so long, it's like a group of old friends getting together rather than the toxic sludge that a lot of the bigger, more general forums can be (e.g. compare Planet Hanyu to "the skating forum that shall not be named (because they'll threaten to sue)) and having both Yuzu and BTS in common makes the conversations more fun

If he can consistently stand them up, the "q" rule + fed backing might suddenly make him a favorite instead of a dark horse for that world podium. I'm personally a little concerned that these are the "quads" that he chooses to show off when they are clearly under rotated.

Yikes! I have to think she's lost her "quads" and 3 axel if even the double is this bad. Not surprising considering how fragile her technique was and how much bigger she is. Unfortunately, she really doesn't have anything without the jumps. It's still early season, but so far, looking like Mariah Bell for national champ. Both she and Bradie do everything but the jumps better than Alysa. eta: also, I think this is a Lori Nichol fail. In comparison to Shae, while I think Lori has produced more great programs, Lori is worse about adjusting her choreography to the skater. Lori seems to be completely dependent on the greatness of the skater to produce results whereas Shae might not always provide the highest quality programs, she understands how to adjust to strengths and weaknesses of skaters better. Alysa has no business doing long, gliding power moves so while the choreography itself isn't a problem, giving it to the wrong skater turns it from a highlight moment to a jarring distraction.
