    His 4S is probably the best option. His 4F and 4Lo are pretty awful. His 4T is fine.

    I don't think he gave up. It looked to me like he was trying to readjust the amount of energy to put in, so he could land. As if he was thrown off by something. Surprisingly, he landed all edge jumps.

    Not the GP season, the Chinese National GP. Just rewatched it, fell on everything but 3Lz-3T and 3F, which had errors, too. I think we're both referring to this? He does say there he lacked practice (and hence I concluded the "proper" conditioning).

    I think he just wasn't able to prepare, and his conditioning was already not the best due to his injury earlier in the season. I saw a video of a Chinese GP event from that season (same Star Wars LP), which was at the very beginning of the season, and he fell on all the jumps. Nothing was landed. So I think he wasn't able to prepare for whatever reason. As to why he wasn't able to prepare, I don't know.

    I don't know when I started to feel nothing from seeing puppies.

    Watching Nathan Chen's exhibition programs, I will be fine with whatever he skates to, as long as it isn't something I classify as "noise". I'm not even old.

    Kazuki's IG's filled with food, which makes me root for him anyway.

    I'm not saying at all he doesn't have issues, BTW, if that's what it came off as. I'm just saying that, as far as coaching goes, I wouldn't call someone like Zhou well-coached, but Boyang? Absolutely, undoubtedly. Managed growth well, instilled good technique. But he does have additional needs, which aren't really all "basic" needs, so "polishing".

    That's not what I meant. His coaches really have done a good job on him, but sometimes coaching changes really can help push a skater over the hill. That's different from saying he has zero additional needs, IMO. And yeah, we are allowed to make conclusions, and "zero details" was hyperbole.

    Haven't always liked Ge's choreo for himself, but maybe he's a giving choreographer who gels well with his skaters.

    I doubt they'll be training the coach. Boyang's been well-coached, BTW. His needs from TCC are something else, IMO, ie. polishing. We have zero details.

    But even the original report said nothing about summer camp. Not disagreeing or agreeing about long term plans, just pointing out.
