Hydroblade as a transition.. I approve  

 

I was honestly worried about the Hydroblade when they cut 30 seconds from the the FP, but I shouldn't have. If Yuzu wanted something, he will find a way to do it

"Oh, I don't have time to do Hydroblade for 5 seconds? Then I will do two short ones, one in FS, one in SP" Yuzuri no chill Hamyulla

@Yatagarasu: Jeff and Shae decided to just make him stag jump everywhere. XD It's lovely, such lift and twist on it, ah I think I have my favorite move for next season set. 

 

Seriously thinking on it though, he really did drop it on a sunday. Sunday night for us east asians, sunday afternoon for europeans and sunday morning for the NA people. Yep, he meant to wreck our sunday outings.

I heard "Otonal" in this so i think these bits are of SP

And those jumps require so much energy, especially to land softly. I’m kinda in awe, especially with his layouts. And Nessie.

What I am seeing in these bits of the SP is a bit of the original wildness Yuzu used to have but had to tone down in order to manage his stamina better. and I love ittttttttttttttttttt

And also I think there are so many jumps and leaps because remember Yuzuru always said that he loved jumping when he was little, he always used to jump on everything... he might have spoken with Jeff and Shae about this... also, jumping has a kind of raw energy, wild childishness to it, like Yuzuru is truly recovering his first years of skating, reliving them, reliving the joy.... oh Gosh I will cry so much...

Ahhhhhhh I just love seeing Yuzu go back to what he enjoyed about skating so much after all the pressure (read: his own expectations) to be on top fell off him. I'm soooo excited to see him skate with that raw energy from his early senior days but with new refinement and control. It's gonna be fabulous (and I am already crying and I need to sell an organ to make it to a competition, pray for me.)

The jump after hydroblade looked like a 1A but he pull off early and land on his left foot  I'm still abit worried about the music cut. Please let it be good

The music is too important to him for a clumsy cut.  Even when the music wasn’t something I liked (NDP, PotO) the way it was put together was good- best Phantom I’ve ever heard.

Sounds like Yuzu was very involved in the editing again so I doubt it will be bad

Let's not go there... I can already see myself getting arrested for trying to get inside the Saitama Arena by digging a tunnel under the ice rink because getting a ticket is impossible...
