I won't speak to intent or anything but I can confirm the almost running into each other, shouting and being in Boyangs path happened. I honestly don't remember if it was Lazurkin or not though. I do think a lot of the men (and some of the ladies) where skating awfully close to each other and kinda refusing to get out of each others way during several practice sessions. Maybe I was just sensitive to it because of the Eunsoo incident idk but it seemed noticeably more than usual to me.
