Congratulations, Gabby, a national title on your birthday. The score for top2 is wild, and seem like they really want to give it to Osmond ( she had max GOE 5 times I think). I;m glad Gabby reused this LP, much better than her Gladiator.

Didn't expect that she would win, but it's a nice surprise.

I hope Gabby can keep her confidence and momentum right through the Olympics and let the chips fall where they may... and I hope for Kaetlyn that lightning strikes during her long program and she lights up the arena and we finally see what she would get skating clean in a competition. 

 

I think the fluff interview at the beginning of the broadcast yesterday was telling... Kaetlyn said she would hear in interviews that Gabby said she always imagined herself at the top of the podium, and she didnt do that.  She said they were just very different people.

I think Osmond needs to take the advice of Gracie Gold's former Russian coach Alex (the coach she had before Frank) and tap into her "inner bitch." What was that he said to her? I think it was "You must be bitch!"  Funny but also really great advice.
