I had all those Twitter vids opened in a tab on mobile and was going to load and watch with my bad wifi, but now I'm going to save it for later when I can agonize it at home frame by frame.

 

If my excitement is this bad, how am I going to survive tomorrow with the official open practice? And when NHK or national comes with barely any reports at all. 

 

About the 4Lz, surprisingly I'm not that anxious about it. When all of his other quads were introduced they weren't all perfect on camera and in competitions, but bts and in closed practices where no one saw he probably had decent landing ratios for all of them too. He wouldn't introduce something that he doesn't have a good ratio of landing I think (unless it was his first senior season with the 4T, thru the documentaries I saw it was quite a low ratio), since he goes at this layout thing currently at a much slower rate and at his own pace compared to the sQuadsters.

Still pretty chill over here. It's just one practice, and right after a long trip. As long as the knee is fine, I think it will be okay.

Yuzu is probably in competition mode, but here's hoping Oda or even Matsuoka can pull him out privately for a bit of personal time and maybe sightsee/breathe in between practices. Or maybe whoever is there of Team Japan.

 

Though I doubt it if it didn't happen all the other times.
