Did anyone use that system before? I tried it with the all events tickets to see how it works and it sends me to the payment details straight after I choose a seat. Will it be the same for individual event tickets or will I be able to put all my tickets in the cart and pay afterwards?

Any tips please :snonegai:

The Russian version of the site works like that for the individual tickets, too... it sends you to your shopping cart after you choose a seat and then you have to go back to the events if you want to add more tickets (and thus loose valuable time) so I assume the Italian version works that way too, unfortunately

eta: maybe it would be more time efficient to open all events in a tab and add the tickets one by one

Really? That's weird. I just tried, and when I select a seat, I still have to click "add to shopping cart". Then it sends me straight to the shopping cart where I would have to click "continue to checkout". In the shopping cart, on the top left and bottom left it says "Back". If you click there, you get back to the page where you can select the seating map again (the ticket that I've previously selected remained in the shopping cart)

Yes, that is what I did (I didn't explain it well), but I didn't see the back button  .. Thank you for the tip :10815002:

There's just one thing you have to watch out for while adding tickets: that nasty little timer. ;-)

And..... another all-event ticket carnet!

Smart MilanOnTour.

- A Carnet to attend the 9 events scheduled from March 21 to March 25, 2018
- Gran Turismo bus transport to and from the Mediolanum Forum
- An English-language guide and an outline radio guide
- An entry ticket at the Duomo (except Sundays due to the celebration of the Mass)
- An entrance ticket to the Museum and Theater at La Scala

  Does anyone really still care about these packages?

One might almost think they thought 'No one is going to want to watch figure skating - better go overboard on the packages to bring them in'

There there. ((((hugs)))) It'll all have been worth it, this endless and useless waiting, when everybody has their hands on the single session tickets they want.

Yes... "As well as other types of packages, “Single Event” tickets and tickets for the training sessions open to the public will also go on sale soon."

They've now had five different types of all-event packages (VIP, normal, and three "special" ones). People have had their chance to buy all-event packages. It's time they started to realize this is not what people are waiting for!

is there someone who have actually a good picture of the arena , bc'z we have to remember that we don't know the placement of the cameras yet lol so if you are on the judge side there will be the main cameras here right so the view will be obstruct , I remember it was like that for GPF 16' and Helsinki too

Just how many more packages do they have? They've covered shopping, food, and iconic landmark...what's next? Family bonding package? Learning Italian package?

If I wanted to do any of those, I can do that on my own.

Well, I do definitely want to do some of those, hehe, totally not leaving before having fashion shopped a bit and seen the duomo again (I visited Milan about 25 years ago, but have very little memory of it).

That said, I’m perfectly capable of buying an entrance ticket myself. ;-)

As for what’s next... museums?

I can't for the life of me find it (it might even be at the beginning of this thread somewhere) but there was a pdf floating around made by 2 Japanese ladies who visited the arena and took measurements as well as photos of themselves sitting in the seats to give an idea of obstructions etc. Did anyone else save it?
