These FaOI shows work no more purely as redemption or cleansing, but became a thing on its own, he's confident, independent, but also super professional and progressing in front of our eyes. Also - he's happy, super well received by the other skaters, audience giving him the love he was so hungry for. Perhaps it has always been like that with FaOI, but It seems that's such a good time for Yuzuru and for us.

I think, it's really good for him to be in an environment again, where he isn't the oldest competitor or cast member. In fact, he's one of the younger skaters here at FaOI. I always had the feeling that last year at SOI and DOI he was like the exhausted duck mother who's responsible for the little ducklings and has to be a good role model all the time. Of course, he tried to have some fun, but there was always this bit of tension in the air. Here at FaOI he can completely enjoy himself and flourish as a performer.
