He isn't much better than Shun currently. Scores tell us different but nope, Yuma's quality isn't much higher than Shun Yes it's too soon, but also it's a fact yuma already proved himself twice at the big stages. Hope his result motivate Shun and Kao for rivalry.

Also I hope Kao and Shun won't get dishearten by the unfair treatment for Yuma. I always said knowing you have the judges on your side, brings consistency.
February 10, 20224 yr I think the skaters like Nathan,Yuma and Shoma clearly know how to take advantage and play of the current judging system. They know as long their did their jumps cleanly with multiple quads even wihoutout transition they will be rewarded in pcs.Only Yuzuru that still stick to having transitions making sometimes effecting his jump stability

His jumps aren't greater than Shun's. There was already a post comparing them side by side. The same jump by both, gets 3.5+ GOE for Yuma, 2+ for Shun.

Only Yuzu needs to do that but still doesn't get the GOE. Very fair I know.

Yeay thats why what they need to get high goe is just land the jump.No need for all that transitions since they will be rewarded regardless. The double standard how they are judging Yuzu is so obvious.

No matter how complex transiton and difficult entries, you should land jumps first. I don't know why I explain this now, but you needed to calm down. It's not helpful to look others with full of negativity..especially this stressful time. Yeah, I'll stop saying other skaters too.

February 10, 20224 yr Consistency should absolutely have no effect on how the jumps are scored, they really need to implement AI for this as soon as possible...

I could never feel that sort of draw with La Boheme even though it was a WR. It wasn't the WR that drew me in but a combination of Yuzu's good looks, musicality, big jumps etc. I guess stars like Yuzu come in once in a long while. Shame on ISU for kicking their one and only big ticket selling skater out for 4 years since pyeongchang. I don't know what their marketing team & judges were thinking 🤔 No one could ever sell stadium tickets like Yuzu ever for another 10+ years.
February 10, 20224 yr Elton darling, I am so sorry that they shoved that nonsense to you (just wait till he hears more on nfthn's *remark* (...kinda wanna see Elton turn 180° at nfthn tbh )). So sorry also to Charles Aznavour, Duke Ellington, and Benjamin Clementine for having their art desecrated by the so called gold medallist :v . Hope better skaters are going to skate to their music with better thought and heart put into their performance.
