If Nathan continues skating, breaking Yuzu's records will be relatively easy unless ISU decides to jump on whoever next they want to hype up as the next big thing lol

Nathan is obviously out. He was barely holding it together for his free today. The quality of his jumps were so low. I promise and hope this was the last time we saw him skating. Thank you heavens.

:yuck:

They already have the next big thing..

Calm down... They just did their job. Very simple. Someone who did his job on the biggest stage deserved compliments. I don't consider Javi yuzu's closest friend but great colleague who understand yuzu's situation.

Can someone just cut out the first 15 sec of the video? Olympics ends here for me.

But LOL at Junhwan

I would love to see Yuzu performing for at least one more season, especially with new rules on SEQ. His scores, even underscored, will be huge.

Well I didn't watch him so I guess at least he got the medal that corrupt ISU staged for.

I stopped caring about skating competitions for a long time, and only watch Yuzu (and Boyang's) segments.

I always thought Nathan's jumps weren't that great because they're not as far and high as Yuzu's are.

Yuzu literally flies across the air and moves with the grace and power of a beautiful swan -- how fitting to Yuzu's name!

Oh me too!

Yuzu has the most complex and beautiful SEQ

Actually Yuzu is amazing that he's the all-rounder

There isn't 1 part of his skating that isn't beautiful or isn't technically perfect

Add that with the amazing artistic expression and we have the unique GOAT Yuzu

If ISU hypes up Yuma's scores, I wouldn't be as mad tho. Yuma's skating is smooth and the way he exits his jumps is smooth, not rock hard like Nathan's. Although I do think ISU and JSF hyping Yuma as the next Yuzu is a big mistake

Nathan did well except 1F. The best performance from him this year. Jumps were not shaky. I will pretend that he even tried to sell the program. If we can say so about him

Look at this beauty.

Since the change of Goe system to+/-5 it has not benefitted Yuzu at all..i still remembered one of the interview with Jackie  Wong with Brian Orser prior to the implementing of the new system that he said it will benefit the skater like Yuzu who has high quality jump.Unfortunately ISU manipulated it so much to give candies goe to their desired skater.I hope there is a new change of the judging system after this Olympic. Is it a  requirement for change of a new system after every Olympic?

Thanks for summary, I haven't watched Nathan since Pyeongchang 2018 so I have no idea.

Well at least he tried...?
