April 23, 20215 yr So, as excited as I am for LGC, I'm very concerned about the potential for the spread of the virus at this SOI. I really hope the arenas are being properly ventilated to prevent a cloud of germs form gathering at ice level. BUT this is Japan we're talking about, people will absolutely be doing their best to be careful about not spreading the virus. So I think Yuzu is justified in his faith in the audience. Still though, SOI is being greedy by not leaving every other seat empty. and one more for devil's advocate: perhaps this is the perfect opportunity for SOI to discover that having a show with an all-Japanese cast will be successful, and good things will come out of it. Still though, I will be anxiously holding my breath for two weeks from now, and praying there's no sudden uptick in COVID cases among the skaters at that time.
