ugh and he doesn't have the interpretation record. chopin is the best interpreted program ever, PUHLEAZE

I can let IN go because it's "subjective" (tho I'd give him a 10 if it was up to me lol), but TR isn't and I just??? Yuzuru has so much in the way of transitions, what more can he do??????

hmm as someone who specialises in psychology, Shoma screams everything but innocent to me but I can be off too at times. Also, idk who would win but boyang will probably be killed first as the fun and cheerful guy. Yuzu would be analysing and carefully planning how to survive, while gaining the favour of people around him at the same time. Shoma will be plotting some sort of ambush. Javi will check out who he can ally with. Nathan will act on impulse/do whatever he feels like doing. Patrick will be going around trying to gather a following. haha I'm just saying nonsense based on my subjective opinion but damn feels like I could make a story since all the core character types are gathered.

I don't really follow Shoma and most of the stuff I read about him is by chance.haha..  But, I do agree that I don't find him as 'innocent' as most people seem to. Still, I feel like he'd still be useless for some reason. hahaha... Hmmmm... I'm imagining a scenario: I feel like Javi and Patrick are likely to form an alliance. Yuzu will offer one to Shoma but Shoma will decline and I think he'd end up partnering with Boyang. Nathan will try to do things on his own. But... if it's a battle royale type scenario.. there are also weapons right?

Guys, I have a silly question to ask but I really want to know from pre-Sochi era fanyu......How do you guys survive olympic season....

Sorry for off topic....

Goldenfish brain so I can't recall much myself but I remember I was worried because of his injury after Worlds 2013; but he entered some shows in the summer and did crazy combos :smiley-scared007: . Then he revealed the boobskirt and it distracted me from what he was doing during the GPs. At Sochi, I always prepared for a 4S fall back then but after the 3F, my heart sunk. I even didn't dare to watch Patrick's performance :smiley-scared003:. After that, what made me  and :lmao: was his populariry in Tumblr, kpop and danmei fandom. However, I think the most stressful seasons have been 2014-2015 and 2016-2017. "It's not over 'til it's over", Yuzu made me remember this norm everytime I forget it, especially this season.

Thank you so much for posting this interview! Someone had told me the story of Yuzuru reacting to the 'Javi' chorus and doing a 3A and thinking that he wanted all of them to watch him, but they didn't link it to any interview! I am glad I can hear him say it. In this interview, he feels particularily emotional. I love when he shows his most aggressive side.

You are welcome. He also gave interview to Matsuoka after surpassing the historic 300-point barrier at NHK.

And also that device fastened on the neck that the contestants can't take off...
Yuzu never hides his appreciation of certain skaters but I'm particularly impressed by his interaction with Boyang. That NHK one-liner ("Your jumps are amazing") kinda marked the beginning of friendliness. At the Helsinki gala finale, there was a moment when he skated from one side of the partying crowd to the other side, to talk to Boyang. Yuzu is a man of deeds and he always lets his deeds do the talking. These gestures, simple and casual as they were, did tell something about Yuzu.

And that too is with both their language barriers. Imagine if both of them were fluent in one common language.. i think he would be BFFs with Boyang because they are both pure and unassuming and straight forward in their personalities.

Yes!! I love his appreciation of Boyang. The fact that he always acknowledges Boyang in his interviews warms my cold heart - especially since everyone always seems to forget or dismiss Boyang for some reason. That's why I feel like they'd actually make a great team.

Sweet to look at, too, with similar builds and comparable skin :pbow:

Boyang will have the last laugh, I think. He seems to be on a sound trajectory.
