    My favourite part of this interview was actually: "It’s such a cool feeling when you stand by the board surrounded by a large number of people and realize that all these people look at what Yuzu and Javi do rather then at their own athletes" I always wondered whether that was precisely what was happening at the rinks, and it's nice to have it confirmed! Makes me proud to have my boys held in such regard!

    I don't know if this has been shared before but I've never seen it before! Yuzuru at 6:03 imitating the coaches is SO ADORABLE!!!

    guys.... anyone have a link to a video for that last part of the PC practice where Yuzu and Javi were adorably asking Tracy for more skating skills stroking exercises to do? then they went off and did it together and all was right with the world!

    The most annoying part to me personally isn't just the different standard, it's the way the standards swing so drastically. Yuzu isn't just judged harder, and everyone else judged 'normally', instead he's judged much harder while others are judged much more leniantly and get GOEs and PCS like candy, even in the same competition!

    Lol Max joining Yuzuru in combating boyang media erasure! Love the people he included, but also love seeing who he DIDN'T include (mostly because they kinda match my own personal opinion of the field)

    I may not like his programmes, and US media may have really tried their best to sour my perspective of him and bias me against him, but in interviews he really is a decent guy

    Seeing how the landscape of mens figure skating has transformed in the last four years, there's just no way to tell at this point where the discipline would be in 2022, and Yuzu's place in it. I mean, we hope and there's good positives pointing toward that, but honestly there's just no way to even guess.

    I think the reason I'm feeling salty is because he's loosing his #1 standing not because he didn't do well, but because he missed the competition completely due to injury.... But oh well. That's how it goes, that's the system. As long as no one now takes whoever is the new #1 and goes like "he beat Yuzu!!" cause I would actually be raging.... I think it's ony fair to point out that in some cultures calling someone "stupid" is not necessarily meant as a negative insult to a person's intelligence. I know it might sound wrong and strange, but it can almost be a term of endearment depending on the context and tone of voice. Like someone saying "he's so stupid~!" With a smile and in a teasing tone of voice can be quite a positive endearment.

    I have never seen a more fitting meme lol! Not only does the action fit, but Yuzu is 100% such a tiger and Shoma is such an Eeyore!!

    OT and extremely random, but I whenever I watch gala practice videos and such, I find myself wondering just what other skaters honestly are thinking when they watch Yuzu skate..... I mean, some of the moments when I'm been most impressed are when he's just skating around and doing stroking and somehow he does things that just looks inhumanly smooth.

    I wouldn't be at all surprised if IF he is better than, he randomly throws in a surprise skate performance.

    Wonder whether maybe the 4A can't be judged in the same timeline kind of way as the other quads. Because it's the axel and Yuzu LOVES the axel and is it's King essentially.

    I wasn't there to witness it but it just baffles me..... not that there was a fight (because humans....), but that the response of GS moderators and co would be to... hey lets up and delete the thread and kick Hanyu fans out! Like..... its a FORUM. with PEOPLE. of DIFFERING OPINIONS. and the moderators are supposed to be freaking NEUTRAL (unless you know..... really bad/illegal stuff starts happening) Like its such an immature response I just can't understand it.....

    I have this notion that Yuzu is going to land 4A.... Then no one else will for quite some time. And we will be getting commenters going like "and now the 4A.... He is still the only one in the world to do it....marvelous! Smooth as silk!"

    To be perfectly honest, this is my impression of Yuzu: 50% This-is-all-within-my-calculations and 50% YOLO I'LL JUST DO WHAT I WANT AND KILL EVERYONE (and 100% beautiful perfection obviously)
