Lol. Well it is the off season.

1) far enough it's just a poll that doesn't actually mean anything 2) you're right it's illogical to hate on Nathan over this BUT This is coming on top of an entire season where the US propaganda machine has continuously sidelined other skaters and been brutally, obviously biased in articles, broadcasts, and even in judging. That's what people are most annoyed at, not at Nathan but at the US propaganda machine. And while it's often said that it doesn't really matter, it does have an impact on the opinions and perspective of casual or new figure skating fans. Even putting that aside, I'm very sympathetic of how annoyed many fs fans are by now of said propaganda machine. And while yeah it's sad that the wakaba thing wasn't more highlighted, to call satellites who are voicing their displeasure "embarrassing" and "annoying" is uncalled for in my person opinion.

I voted for Javier because thats by honest opinion but honestly Keegan's SP was delightful and was really a highlight in every competition he was in. In hindsight I feel like I should have voted for Shoma simply because I don't want the US agenda to win.... (yes I am that petty....)

That's a really good rule I personally try to abide by actually. If I wouldn't feel comfortable saying something in front of the person him/herself, I probably shouldn't be saying it at all...

Is it just me that feels a bit uncomfortable with joking about people ogling Yuzu? Like... I know it's a joke, but once it got to the point where we're joking about Brian (his father figure oh gosh) ogling his "tight ass", I get majorly uncomfortable.... Yuzuru has all eyes on him on the ice but we all know that's more to do with his ability and everyone watching out for what he's doing then anything sexual

A fellow Chinese has already given a piece of Chinese perspective, so I'll just leave it as that I have never even had a hint of doubt regarding Yuzu's masculinity. When I watch him skate, I don't think masculine or feminine, all if think is BEAUTIFUL.

From what I've seen just observing this course of interactions, no ones being particularly sensitive? To quote yourself, it's a normal discussion. You stated your opinion. Multiple people disagreed with you and raised their own opinions on why they disagreed with you, which included feeling that there might have been some elements of stereotyping going on. If you are free to have your opinion, state it, and defend it, so are they. Everything has been quite civil so far. Just because they don't agree with you doesn't mean they are being sensitive about it?
