    That's adorable! Congrats to them. Kaetlyn's wonderful jumps and powerful skating is certainly an asset on the competitive circuit -- not many girls can jump and skate like her! But with this break I also have a feeling she's going to retire. She accomplished so much this season, that it almost seems natural. Although with Worlds in Montreal next next year, maybe we'll try to make a comeback, but at that point, not sure how competitive she can still be. This is cute! But her nails always scare me LOL

    Travel plans For example, I bought Skate Canada tickets even though I personally think the probability is lower than IdF. But eh. And I know I won't be able to make NHK but I could do IdF if I plan ahead of time with regards to vacations and work and stuff.

    TBF for someone in their early to mid 20s, at someone point you gotta start taking responsibility for the people you surround yourself with. Patrick chose his coaches, maybe because of their allowing him to be this way rather than in spite of it. And he always had some questionable choices for coaches -- a dance instructor, Kathy Johnson, Marina Zueva, who coaches ice dance... Kind of explains why Yuzu and his team were certain that it was possible to beat Patrick even though the commentators all said "we thought he was unbeatable." In contrast, no one really expected to beat Medvedeva / Zagitova at the Olympics, they all clearly knew they were fighting for bronze.

    Not sure, might be. Someone recommended Dawn, I heard she was very picky about technique... Backspins seem scary but I'm sure you'll get there! Being able to do them on the spinner is impressive, I still haven't figured out how to use it at all. I started working on them too but I'm so lazy to practice them bc struggling is no fun lol
