I am not even that strongly impacted by the Toto Africa meme but just the thought of it makes me want to laugh
BWOZWaltz Posted April 5, 2019 Posted April 5, 2019 He's got the talent and the looks and flirt with the audience. And tango!
Figure_Frenzy Posted April 5, 2019 Posted April 5, 2019 Lately the David Bowie channel over at youtube released videos of early Bowie songs 😺😺😺 , this month it's Rubber Band ...and in case you missed it, last month an early version of Space Oddity was uploaded as well... 😄
BWOZWaltz Posted April 6, 2019 Posted April 6, 2019 I don't understand a word they're singing but that doesn't matter. I've cried when I heard this song for the first time. It is like when I watched Yuzu's RJ1 Nice performance. You don't need words to know what's been expressed because you can feel it. I also love the fact that Ariana was in Tokyo/Asakusa when they filmed this MV. It made me realise I still feel so much love for my country of birth even though I chose to live thousands of miles away from there. I also felt that I must share the same feeling with Yuzu for longing for home and the love & appreciation for the country.

4Nessie Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 I can't believe I found this thread only today. This is my favourite this week oh, and this of course
Neenah Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 Been listing to a lot of Utada Hikaru lately so I thought I would share my favourite song of hers here
sallycinnamon Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 I just finished listening Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky Previously today I listened to a fusion jazz record, Third by Soft Machine (one of my favourite bands from the late 1960s/1970s) and before that, Sakura by Susumu Yokota.

I haven't heard about this record earlier, I listened to it now and I liked it a lot! It's a good experimental and electronic version of Pictures at an Exhibition, with a nice classic 1970s sound.
Figure_Frenzy Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 I don't know about all of you but this song is definitely representative of my mental state entering the Yuzu drought season™
