But I personally was couldn't believe it bcs Zhenya will be the first Russian FS with so many titles who will be training under completely not Russian coach, It's history if this is a sealed deal. History in Russian FS. And I'm in awe from that girl... She really can choose an easy road with all that money from her wins and deals with Nike and Pantene. Go for entertainment career or even politics, but she chose to fight and I'm really in awe!

I think they both are very angry and disappointed right now, i'm not Eteri's fan, but  I don't understand why is Evgenia leaving her without any explanation and discussion face to face,  when she trained her 11 years. Zhenya  should have known her coach very well,  Eteri is vengeful and difficult person, it;s sad  they parted like this...

She's not - There's not WAY in hell that Eteri did not know that Evgenia was leaving and found out "in the news". C'mon we weren't born yesterday! She's just butt hurt about it and can't seemingly act like an adult and divulged private conversations probably had in the heat of the moment of an 18-yr old girl (someone that she supposedly loved like a daughter) to try to shame her on National TV.  Eteri is cancelled in my book! I hope there's an exodus!

I like Med, even if I'm not a fan of her skating. If this were Yuzu, I'd probably go hide for a few days. Some of the comments about Med are ugly (people just accepting the nasty rumors/things Eteri is saying and making judgments based on that) . Sometimes I think the FS universe is just so harsh and we expect teenagers to be emotionally equipped to deal with all of that. Think about the things Yuzu had to go through from fans of older skaters when he was 17.  TCC has always seemed like a safe haven. I honestly don't enjoy watching it get mixed up in this mess.

I don't care about Eteri feelings,  side of the story or anything anymore. what she is doing is cruel and should never be done to a student ever. 

 

I hope Zhenya gets out of this unscathed. I worry for her as she is still young, injured, and had a very stressful year.Now more than ever I wish the rumor about TCC is true so that she can have a safe place to recover and stay away from negativity and the media.

May be she  intended to do so. Imagine  how much emotional strength such  conversation would demand.  She is on vacation, recharging  batteries,   who  knows  what  she  was planning  afterwards. I'm asking  another  question, why  couldn't  her  coach   wait  till  Monday  without  spilling  some tea  and  reveling  their  personal  messages?  This part  really gave  me  a  whiplash,  even though  there  wasn't  some nasty  stuff  written.

This is not an informative comment, but, wow. Life is really more dramatic than any movie. Last time I had this strong sense of unreality when Yuzu won the Olympics. You know, when logically, something was possible, but still too amazing.
Zhenya's calmness is astounding. I admire.
