A lot, the ones we had were the really large ones that are about palm size each. I ended up at about 5, plus I have a harder time processing seafood. >_>

well if you're not talking about 5 lobsters, I was more like expecting 20 -30 shrimps ... I guess they were really big ones

Yeah, I was jumping up and down when I saw Yuzu's PCS. A part of me after his skate was thinking, "yes he just needs 46 PCs to go above the 109 I think he needs." But then the judges give him a PCS above 48, despite him skating first. And his PCS was higher than a clean Javi, which was amazing too. Guess judges really missed him. =)

If you guys have the NBCSN app, the extended version of the short has a full coach cam!  I cant record from my phone but for those who can, you should check it out!

yes! the top 5 really are awesome. Now that is The Olympics. I hope these great skates continues tomorrow and for the skaters who didnt have a good skate to bounce back.

I just watched the Dutch public television commentary, finally one with the full Yuzu program (the previous SP ones were all recaps in which they only showed the jumps and a bit of footwork, geez, as if the SP is too long to show in its entirety). 

Hans van Zetten was very nice, calling the program phenomenal, introducing Yuzu as the reigning world and Olympic champion, triple axel coming out of nothing. Basically just extremely respectful. 

Later on during Shoma's skate he mentions Japan having two fantastic skaters, Japan is at the top with the men. 

 

btw love how you can see the pooh bears in the walking area behind the rink when the other skaters are on the ice. 

 

In another recap they say "Yuzuru Hanyu is back." and mention the Olympic points record.
