The Stsq level, tho... I have no idea how to differentiate that yet. But I do feel Eunsoo was slower than usual this time.

Rino, again, is the only one getting all the levels.

Rino was again the only one getting step sequence level 4, same as the SP.
Daria's 3Lz3T got the highest element score in the entire JGP series so far, for ladies, if I'm not mistaken. 1.70 GOE! Well deserved!
Best GOE on a spin went to Emmy Ma's FCCoSp4 (1.14).

I think Alena will likely be the one to take the gold in the next GP, given Eteri's girls' consistency and Alena's huge scores, so that would let Sofia, Rika and Nana to fight for silver. Sofia has a bit more of margin for making to the GPF, though I have  no idea which one between the three is usually the most consistent.

Damn, consistency kinda kills the thrill of competition... though GPF is going to be a bloodbath for ladies. Consistency vs. consistency, now that is gonna be interesting

Maybe Sasha can have a bit of edge if she manages to land cleanly that 4S (no fall or UR), but it will be tight.

And I'm sad for this, but I'd rule out Tarakanova from the consistency club for what we've seen (not only for her more recent FS, but in general her jumps don't give the same feeling of "yes, I could land this in my sleep a billion times" as for the others). I don't know how she was in the past, but her skating looks full of passion and kind of unbridled, which is why I actually favour her among Eteri's girls... gosh, why do I always end having a soft spot for skaters that make me bite my nails all the time...

It'S not just the consistency killing the thrill, I find a lot of the programs for the russian girls (not just in juniors) a bit boring. especially if you've seen it befor. hte men are okay but the girls...

edit: yeah among the russian girls tarakanova is my favourite too so far

Aww Eunsoo
