I think it's from Makuhari. I saw it on tumblr. It made me curious, so I bookmarked it to study it further but didn't have time.

Bloody hell...that wasn't a perfect 4T...he landed a bit forward on that but he managed to use the momentum from unwrapping his free leg to raise his torso up and back and shift his weight from the front of his skate to the back to generate the speed and rotation needed to enter into the twizzles. And he managed to do his twizzles faster than the exit from the 4T This boy...such amazing body awareness, sense of balance and strength to be able to do that...I have no words
