If it took this much to get tickets to an event I would probably just give up. I was willing to risk almost freezing to death in the middle of the night during Scandinavian winter but this is too much :13877886: I don't know how you guys have energy left to like, breathe. :13877886:

Haha, I don’t have any energy. This trip and ticket search has been really hard but it’s so, so important to me. I need a goal to keep pushing myself.

Sorry, my phone failed to inform me there had been posts here...

Honestly, I'm not sure tickets would have been possible... I saw people managed to find some, but that was mostly after the announcement, so... I don't know. Doesn't matter anymore, anyway.

I'm going to sleep now... the tiredness is kicking in. Tomorrow, I'm going to relax... and Sunday, hopefully we'll meet again and enjoy things as much as possible!

I'm thinking of selling my expensive gala ticket to maybe help fund another trip but I don't trust myself to make decisions right now. I paid more than I should for it because Yuzu and if I go to another comp gala I can probably see the same skaters anyway. Is it a good idea? Bad idea?

I don't really know what to say. I kind of still want to go. I'd even be tempted to buy your ticket, because it's such a great seat, but I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to pay more than its selling price (and I'd have to see what to do with my half...), since I've kind of decided to give my money to Phiten and try to get their promo Yuzu stuff... Selling at the price you bought it at might be hard anyway, though, since there are probably many selling...

Partly I want to not have come all this way for nothing, and to support the FS that Yuzu loves, even if he's not there. And partly, I hope they'll do a special Yuzu thing... I don't know, maybe show a video or so.

And I finally made myself cry, too, watching that Yuzu support video by Pandalion on repeat. Now I really want to go to Sendai and hope to feel the love and pride that city has for their special son. (Though the exhibition there is part of why I'm wondering if it's a good idea he's in Sendai... it'd be even harder than usual for him to go about being normal, with fans going there... of course, assuming he's not forced to bed rest or so.)

If I'd paid face value I'd go but I bought it thinking this would be my first and last comp and I'd see Pchan and Yuzu. I don't think I'll have a chance to afford to see them unless I sell it. I'd never sell it for more than I paid but I feel bad about selling it for even a bit less because it was so much and I don't think it's worth that price now. I guess all I can do is try. I'm just not in the right mind to be making decisions of any kind right now.

Yeah, I understand. Well, good luck making a decision and finding a buyer... I think I'm finally going to go out a bit... to Daiso to get some more writing stuff for tomorrow... and then to find a park for some peace and quiet...

Thanks. I hope I can salvage something. If not I guess I'll make use of it myself.

I think you said you've already been to Osaka castle? I never made it past the moat but it was peaceful enough there and quite breathtaking. I got very close to falling asleep on a bench!

I have been there, but I'm actually going sgain now. You are right, it's lovely and peaceful. I was going to go to the zoo, since it's near the hotel. But I'm starting to hate my neighborhood, so i'd rather go to Osaka-jo. (I guess the Barcelona trauma lingers, though at least the concert didn't get canceled then ^^; Although it almost did. lol)

You’re not staying near Tsutenkaku are you? Because that is zombie town. Also, I saw my first weasel there out the front of my hotel!

I think selling this ticket might be useless. My Japanese is too crappy to negotiate in and I’d feel so guilty offering a ticket for that price at the venue. :dpooh:

Yep, around there. It seriously is... I want my beloved Taito! T.T Next time I'd rather search for a hotel near Yuzuruha :P

I think selling that would be difficult even if you spoke perfect Japanese... But you can see tomorrow, if there are people wanting to buy, you can try explaining...

Oh you poor thing! I’m so sorry! That’s the place that made me run away from Osaka last time! :13877886: Oh how I wish I could use Ticket camp

I can totally see why lol If I were a bit younger, i might have run, too. Now I'm like "You will NOT make me run away!!!" while shaking in my boots.

Oh speaking of boots. How cold was the venue? lol

It was very warm, actually! No need for any special warm clothes at all!
