Now that is what I'd like to know! When I go all out it does take me a bit too, no lie, but 30-45 mins max. What on Earth is he doing for three hours :8066338:

Show make-up it has to be a bit complicated than normal day to day one, but 3 hours it's a lot! LOL

Well I know quite a few theater people and it's pretty much like Lambiel, about an hour. I'd really love to be a fly on that wall now simply to see what he does.

(I think it's possible the whole routine actually includes more than just make up, but they've counted it together)

Its include the hair styling too I think. One of my friends spend 30 mins just to apply the lipstick and I always question how its can be that long   My make up routine usually around 15 mins ( I rarely use eyeliner/eyes make up because it makes me feel sleepy)  so I admire those people who can spend hours before the mirror

One hour should be ok for show make-up if you count hair styling. I wonder how much time Yuzuru spends preparing for a show, he wears nothing on his face, I am sure.

I think Johnny meant both hair and make-up, but yeah, 3 hours preparing is like woah.

On another note, I heard the arena at FaOI was quite warm. I wonder how warm it was, because you could see Yuzu was already sweating profusely even before he started his program. And he had to roll up his sleeves after his encore, which I'd never seen him do before. His face was also quite flushed till the end of the show. The temperature must've been a tad bit too high.

With his level of sweating he doesn't wear any make-up for sure but I think he stilles his hair a little ... he puts on his costume, skates, and he's good to go! 20 minutes, maybe ...

And then he can spend 2h 40m practicing quads...

I read somewhere that he can't stand heat (can relate) so maybe that's why? I noticed the others didn't look like they were as hot so that may have something to do with it.

He has a lot of allergies and make up is a big problem for people who suffer from those

He was sweating even before he started skating, so I think heat was definitely a problem. And after LGC encore it get even worse, he was visibly exhausted.

Probably at ice shows the organizers care more about spectators.

Was it shared?

Yuzuru shows one of his fans that she holds the banner upside down.

I bet everyone will hold them upsidedown at the next show.

Oh yeah I know that heat was a problem! I meant that the fact that he can't stand heat could explain why he was sweating even before he started his program. Sorry I didn't express myself clearly:Poohgaveup:

No, please, don't apologize. Actually I agree with you. Other skaters seemed OK with this heat.
