March 11, 20233 yr Where is everyone? I expected to come home from work to pages and pages of comments, but I think the show today just devastated all of us I'm so thankful to Yuzu for showing us this part of his life that clearly is still an open wound. I really hope that he is able to find hope and happiness because he gave so much hope and happiness to everyone. And gosh!!! I know that Japanese people aren't "hugging types" but I hope someone was there to hug him tonight. I don't know how many times I hugged my screen today hoping to console him but knowing how futile it was and understanding that I was just consoling myself. Tonight, when I went to my car after work, the lights were broken. I started to curse everyone for the unsafe position I was in but soon stopped when I looked up and saw the sky. If I didn't know Yuzu I would probably have kept cursing the owner of the lot. Instead I stopped and thanked whoever decided to not change the lights for giving me an opportunity to look at how beautiful this world his.

March 11, 20233 yr Are we allowed to post Notte Stellata in the Planet's archive? (I'm thinking of a Yuzu-cut)

(I'm thinking of a Yuzu-cut) As we have all the other ice shows as well, I would think it should be fine. But, thats just my guess. Maybe wait for a mod/admin feedback, as there will be a official broadcast, so it might be better to wait until that happened🤷🏼♀️.
March 11, 20233 yr I am working through it, this one was so deeply fraught in places... Have to say, the minute's silence, with them all eyes closed and still, Yuzu clearly holding on with difficulty, and the absolute chilling sound of the siren (which of course he would never have forgotten, he was only 16!) was wrenching. I am so glad he chose the skaters to do this competition as people he was closer to and could trust, this show especially he would have been very vulnerable. Notte Stellata (the program) was so beautiful and deeply emotional, but I see why he did Requiem as a separate piece to be uploaded (right at the same moment he was silent in the hall), it would have really broken people had it been a part of the show.
March 12, 20233 yr I'm so pleased that the photographer uncles are giving us so much gorgeous photographs of these shows. As much as I want to see the show in full, seeing it through still photography adds another dimension. I want to comment about the 3.11 show but none of the words I have are adequate to express what I am thinking after reading the translations of Yuzu's speech and seeing those photos. My heart truly, deeply goes out to him, and to everyone affected by the 3.11 tragedy, that's all.
