I'm still learning about how competitions really work and what's needed, what's not.

Would Yuzu need to do the GPs to get qualified for another competition? No, right? But the GPs do count for world ranking as far as I understand. 

But how is Yuzu selected for nationals and for Worlds (and maybe for 4CC)?

I suppose the nationals are granted, but to get to worlds, it's in relation to the points from the last 2 seasons or something?

 

I need to find a comprehensive post about how these selections are made and on how high ranking skaters need to be to secure spots for various comps 🙈

On the other hand, he was talking about how fs is a sport, how he is an athlete, perhaps I just wanted to read too much between the lines, but that could be a sign of him intending to compete. We also got a hint of Raison being a gala programme. Although that was something David said, not Yuzu himself, but could, again, mean it was Yuzu who originally asked David to help him with another "gala" program. 

 

So I guess I choose to over interpret in this direction, for now, at least, perhaps to escape still fresh post-FaOI melancholy.

I think as the reigning national champion he is granted the access to JNats and he can gain his spots in 4cc and worlds there, if he chooses to skip GPS.

Here I am again and I offer you a video (and hope without "rude" words) which is "I think"? a FAITH 4 debrief and around 5:15 I read and "got it"? that : "Yuzu has become a LEGEND : YES     and there is a reference of my G&G "legendary ice dancing couples too" and PROUD of them and do not hesitate to write if there are "bad" words  

 

 

I have tried to write a few times how I feel or how I have lived this my first FaOI, but I never manage to express anything coherent... FaOI has been much, much more than I expected... Thank you Yuzu!  And to all the artists and other skaters, you've really been huge 

(Gogo parade, Plunder and Raison are already in my music playlist )

 

And thanks satellites for feeding this thread with each and every one of the news, videos and crumbs that have come out. Living it with you has been priceless!
