I didn't know there's a restriction for hair colour @_@ like they can't have a more than one colour on their hair? will the skater get a deduction for it? @_@

There is no such a thing as color restriction for skaters, at least in rules.

Or Misha Ge wouldn't be able to sport that color at Olympics

It has to be Patrick's hand... no doubt in my mind.

And in that suit in those pictures, yup, Yuzu is wearing someone else's suit again. I know people said it didn't fit him well before, but in the bottom photo with Mai his sleeves look super big on him, lol.

You're right, that's definitely Patrick's hand, and I think his sleeves are way too big. Sorry if it's been mentioned before, but I think the best fitting suit he's worn (I'm not an expert) has to be at the Big Sports Award in early 2016?

I'm hardly an expert either but I think the fit of the jacket still looks weird there, lol. But he looks adorable so does it reeeally matter?

i was reading that shoma's interaction with the Nagoya major (which disturbed me a bit, the major is kinda  ), and then i remembered something, is it true that at one point Sendai and Shizuka was the one financially suporting yuzuru's skating career? i feel like i read that somewhere but i dont know if it was actually coming from his mouth or people figured it out themselves or something.

Shizuka didn't financially support his career.. what she did was to use her influence as 2006 OGG to reopen the ice rink where Yuzuru trained, which resulted in him being able to get good results in novice category and onwards. It's a pretty indirect form of support lol.

Here's a super blurry video of Shizuka visiting the reopened rink in 2006 and little Yuzu stating his future ambitions:

Such a little show off already

Ha ha, I spotted him at the first sight. Thank for sharing!

Congrats Danibellerika!

I am so envious! Was able to get Level B for the Team events,

but wasn't able to get any tickets for the Men's... :crybaby:

I'm now thinking who among my friends in various parts of the world to ask to buy tickets for me.

Do you think it's possible to get A level tickets from the ATRs? I'm thinking to ask a friend in the US.

The US reseller is Co-Sport and they are already sold out for now, but maybe they'll get additional tickets? I got my initial set from them, though the seats weren't as good.

Thanks! I heard that they are packaging the tickets with accommodations, or with tickets to another sport.

Though I did still see a link for individual tickets purchase on their site.

None available yet though, but will definitely be on the lookout.

I'm no expert either but that is still an ill-fitted suit, just less so than normal. Yuzu is very slender and lean, so any remote spaces between his skin and his clothes on a suit will make it look very baggy and loose, even when it's already so small in size. Notice the huge sleeves of his coat and trousers where you can very unappealing creases, and also there's a long crooked line at the part on his chest that's obviously not hugging his body right.

The suit that guy next to him is wearing is quite decent for us to see what we should look for in a well-fitted suit. It hugs his body at all the right places, the coat doesn't have a tendency to rise up when his arms move, and the sleeves are tailored to fit from the arm part until the wrist (same with the trousers - from thigh until ankle). Also it just looks much cooler in terms of style. A boring American-cut plain black suit doesn't help enhance any of our yuzu's incredible features.

Via Floria at GS

2010 vs 2017

it all comes full circle, and yuzu is the champion

you can see how far yuzu has come and how he has matured as time goes by, yet what still remain are his immense talent and the never-ending drive to stay on top :space:
