Mission accomplished! The door didn't open until 6:15 , everyone surged up like a giant wave toward the door, then we all ran upstairs with huge bags , backpacks . At the door ,Thomas's frailed Japanese ladies pushed me aside I almost fell down the usher had to hold me back, but I was on a mission so I kept running to available seats and taped down bags, scarves, plastic bags, gift bags, water bottles, jacket which I spread the longest length possible, towels.....I wanted to save seats for all of our satellites  :smiley-love017:

SEIMEI here we come!!!!!

Take photographs of any markers you put down on seats, with a time ref if possible. I saw on GS a certain user was saying he would just move people's stuff or take it to lost property and take saved seats for himself because Entitled White Men don't understand that if you want the good seats you gotta put in the effort to get them apparently. If someone tries to take your spot and moves your stuff you can use the photo to prove you were there first if someone steals your place.

Hahaha yeah some people are assholes. I've had people rip up notices to try to screw me over before (kpop fandom is very competitive) and photo proof of your place is essential lol

That and having the security on your side ;)

I never thought that at my first (and only, for a while) competition, you would break your own WR.

Extremely relatable  But since he does that so often, one should, like, do the math and calculate the probability of a fan to witness a Hanyu World record breaking performance within a year xD

They even announced it in the big CM screen in Japan it seems

Wow! That's the pressure. I feel like there will be expectations of WR at every competition now... but well, what can you do (only to upgrade it :xD:)

I've spent all morning floating on a cloud, still high on Yuzuru's awesomeness. This is probably what heaven feels like :animated-smileys-angels-151: Loved reading all the first hand experiences. So happy for the bunch of you who got to see this in person, such an experience to treasure forever!

I'm even more chill coming into the free today: Yuzuru's got nothing to prove, even if he took the trouble to deliver perfection yesterday. I just hope he stays calm, whatever happens it will be alright.

Ironically they were going on earlier abt how polite "us Canadians" were. No shade other Canadians, all the Canadians I've net are very polite, just not this one.

A thought about something that puzzles me - Does Yuzu look younger than I remember him?  It looks like he has a slightly different hairstyle and I'm thinking that it makes him look younger.  Is it an illusion on my part?  I mean, the fellow is blessed with perpetual adolescent looks that were he in the US would have him being carded until he hits 40 but does he look even younger than last time we saw him competing?

He's a huge butthole. If he does steal someone's seat I hope he does it to someone who won't let him get away with it and will force his ass elsewhere.
